Insulin Aspart is a biosynthetic fast-acting human insulin analog by substituting aspartic acid for proline at position 28 of the B chain of human insulin, which can significantly reduce postprandial blood glucose in the treatment of typeⅠand typeⅡ diabetes, and the risk of hypoglycemia, especially nighttime hypoglycemia, is significantly reduced.
