We recommend briefly centrifuging the powder to the bottom of the tube before opening the lid. Dissolve with sterile distilled water or 0.1%BSA and prepare a stock solution of 100 μg /ml. Use 0.22 μm filter membrane to remove bacteria before use. The stock solution can be stably stored at 2 ℃-8 ℃ for a week, or packaged in small packages and stored at -20 ℃ or-80 ℃ for 3 months. Repeated freezing and thawing are not recommended. It can be diluted to a lower concentration (not less than 10 μg / ml) with 0.1% BSA or other appropriate buffer.
Transportation stability: transport using ice bags.
Storage stability: it can be stored stably for 24 months at-15℃ and below. The storage solution prepared with 100μg / ml can be stably stored at 2-8℃ for one week and stored at -20℃ or -80℃ for 3 months.
